As the Chief Executive Officer of Diabetes SA, Angelique brings to the role over 26 years in the not for profit sector for two leading charities and prior to this in for profit organisations encompassing diverse roles in each sector.
Recognising her affinity with the philosophy of not for profits early in her career, Angelique has been fortunate to focus her career and personal learning in organisations that align with her own values.
With a diagnosis of gestational diabetes, Angelique’s commitment to improving people’s knowledge of diabetes and increasing awareness of the Association and the support services it provides has been her focus over the last 18 years.
On a personal note Angelique enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as enjoying the many opportunities to share in her daughter’s musical performances.
