At Diabetes SA, our healthcare team is here to support you – whether you’re at risk of diabetes, living with diabetes, or supporting someone with diabetes.

It can be a challenge to balance everything that comes with managing a condition like diabetes.

We’re here to support you along your journey and encourage you to become engaged in your health.

Our health services team includes Credentialled Diabetes Educators, Accredited Practising Dietitians, Registered Nurses and Registered Pharmacist – all of whom are deeply passionate about diabetes.

And for many of us, supporting people with diabetes is personal as well as professional. A number of our team members have diabetes themselves or care for a close family member with diabetes.

Our healthcare team deliver ongoing education programs to provide you with the latest information to help you manage your diabetes, together with informative events such as seminars and workshops.

We believe it is vital you have the latest information at hand to allow you to make the best choices.

And whenever you need it, we’re here for personal one-on-one support.

You can call us to discuss any questions about your diabetes from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 1300 198 204.

And you are always welcome to make an appointment to visit us for one-on-one support.
