Customer Service Officer
Eva is excited to be the newest member of the customer service team, and is looking forward to a rewarding career with Diabetes SA. As a Retail Customer Service Officer, she is often the first point of contact for members visiting Diabetes SA. Eva sees a real opportunity to hopefully make a meaningful difference to our members and to ensure positive experiences and best outcomes through quality service, and to be able to support members in their journey with living with Diabetes.
Eva’s career involves almost 30 years in the Not for Profit Sector, with various roles within retail, wholesale, administration, accounts and most importantly customer service.
In her spare time Eva is an avid theatre goer, enjoys watching movies , and catching up with friends. Her favourite time of year is Adelaide Fringe time and she hopes to see as many shows and productions as she can, and looks forward to soaking up the amazing atmosphere that the festival offers.
