Credentialled Diabetes Educator
Jude Barrow is a diabetes educator who aims to provide better outcomes for people living with diabetes.
Jude holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of South Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing, a Master of Public Health from Edith Cowan University and a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Management and Education from Flinders University.
Jude is involved in a range of projects as part of the health services team, which includes education for school staff and group education sessions on a range of topics.
Jude is particularly interested in Gestational diabetes and children living with diabetes. She believes in empowering people living with diabetes to enable them to understand their condition, foster independence and have the ability to make informed choices.
In her spare time, Jude enjoys spending time with her husband and girls, walking her dogs, catching up with friends over coffee and creating family meals.
