Executive Assistant to CEO
Mridula is the Executive Assistant to CEO at Diabetes SA. Her role involves coordinating activities for the CEO and Management Group, and supporting the Board of Management, including Corporate Governance & Remuneration Committee, Building Development Committee, and Finance, Audit & Risk Committee.
Key aspects of Mridula’s role also include coordinating the Research Grants Program, Annual General Meetings, and Kellion Victory Medals awards.
Mridula has over 20 years of experience in customer service. Her passion for community and helping people inspired her to join Diabetes SA more than ten years ago.
Mridula holds an Associates Degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York. Her career started in New York, where she worked with her dad, an architect, applying her creative flair and problem-solving skills to help transform the way people live and work.
Family is very important for Mridula. Her mum lives with type 1 diabetes, which makes Mridula want to support the cause even more. In her free time, Mridula loves spending time with her family and friends and gardening.
