Credentialled Diabetes Educator
Pamela is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator delivering education sessions to the NDSS priority areas of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and health professionals working in mental health.
Pamela holds a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science, Bachelor of Pharmacy Double Degree (Honours) from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education from Deakin University. She is a registered pharmacist and yoga instructor.
Pamela has a special interest in increasing awareness of diabetes and diabetes prevention. She is passionate about supporting people to move along the health continuum towards optimal health through empowerment and education.
In her spare time, Pamela enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, being outdoors, spending time with her dogs, family and friends.
