There is so much conflicting advice out there about fats and with the introduction of many fad diets and fad foods, it can make healthy eating confusing and leave you unsure of what to eat.

Dr Welma Storehouse provides information about the many reasons why everyone should include healthy fats like avocados, nuts, seeds, fish, extra virgin olive oil and eggs in their diet every day.

Pennie Taylor, Senior Research Dietitian from the CSIRO discusses a variety of fad diets and foods; and why it is important to seek individualised advice that is based on research evidence.

Diabetes SA Cooking Demonstration

Rachel (Accredited Practising Dietitian) and Danielle (Health Promotion Officer) from Diabetes SA conduct a cooking demonstration where they make Zucchini Pasta with Avocado and Brazil Nuts.
